Distributed Order Estimation of ARX Model under Cooperative Excitation Condition

In this paper, we consider the distributed estimation problem of a linear stochastic system described by an autoregressive model with exogenous inputs when both orders and parameters are unknown. We design algorithms to estimate unknown combining proposed local information criterion least squares method. The simultaneous for brings challenges theoretical analysis. Some analysis techniques, such as double array martingale limit theory, Lyapunov functions, convergence theorems employed. For case where upper bounds true available, introduce cooperative excitation condition, under which strong consistency is established. Moreover, unknown, similar algorithm parameters, corresponding provided. remark that our results obtained without relying on independency or stationarity assumptions regression vectors, conditions can show all sensors cooperate fulfill task even though any individual sensor cannot.
